Cancellation and what happens to your workflows

What to know before cancelling your Conduitly subscription, and what to expect after.

Before you cancel

Cancellation is immediate to initiate but doesn't take effect until the end of your current billing period. This means:

  • Your account and all workflows remain fully active until the period ends
  • You won't be charged again after cancelling
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period

If you're cancelling because your workflows have stopped running or you're hitting your task limit, there may be a faster fix. See Why did my workflow stop? or Upgrade or change your plan before proceeding.

How to cancel

1. Go to Settings → Billing

Click Settings in the sidebar, then click Billing. Note: this page is only visible to account owners.

2. Click Cancel Subscription

In the Subscription section, click the red Cancel Subscription button and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the Term End Date shown in the Subscription section
  • On that date, your account will be cancelled and workflows stop running automatically.
  • Your workflows and other saved data are not deleted immediately, unless you manually choose to delete it before cancelling. Your data will be automatically deleted after 30 days of cancellation unless you reactivate the account within that time period.

Note: If you need to export your workflow data or configuration before the period ends, do so before the Term End Date.
