Upgrade or change your plan
Learn how to move to a different Conduitly plan or add more task volume to your current plan.
Before you begin
Before you start, make sure you have:
- Account owner access. Settings → Billing is only visible to account owners
- A few minutes to complete the change
When to change your plan
A few common reasons to update your plan:
- Your workflows have paused because you've reached your monthly task limit and you need them running again immediately
- You need more users. The Individual and Pro plans are single-user; upgrading to Team or Business gives unlimited users.
- You need faster update times. Individual plan workflows run every 10 minutes at minimum; Pro, Team, and Business plans run every 2 minutes or less
- Your task usage has grown and you're regularly hitting your limit each month
If you're not sure which plan fits your needs, click Change Plan on the Billing page to compare current plan options and task volumes.
Steps
1. Go to Settings → Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then click Billing. This opens the Billing page.
2. Click Change Plan
In the Subscription section, click the blue Change Plan button. The Change Plan modal opens.
3. Set your new plan
The modal has three fields:
- Type: select the plan tier you want (e.g. Individual, Pro, Team, Business)
- Billing: select your billing frequency (e.g. Monthly)
- Plan: select the task volume for your chosen plan type and billing frequency
If you want to stay on your current plan tier but add more task volume, keep the Type the same and use the Plan dropdown to select a higher task volume option.
4. Click Save
Click the blue Save button. The change is applied immediately and the modal closes.
What to expect next
Once your plan change is processed:
- Your new task allowance is available immediately
- If you upgraded because your workflows were paused at your task limit, they will resume running at the next polling interval
- Your billing amount updates on your next invoice
To confirm the change, return to Settings → Billing and check the Subscription section. It should show your updated plan name and task allowance.
Downgrading your plan
You can also use the Change Plan button to move to a lower plan tier. A few things to keep in mind if you're considering a downgrade:
- If your current number of active workflows exceeds the limit on the plan you're moving to, you may need to deactivate some workflows before the change takes effect
- The Individual and Pro plans are limited to one user. If your account has multiple users, you'll need to remove them before downgrading to Individual
- Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period
If you have questions about how a downgrade will affect your account, contact our support team before making the change.
