Conduitly Dashboard Tour

Get to know the key areas of Conduitly so you can find what you need quickly.

When you log in for the first time, Conduitly walks you through a brief 4-step tour of the dashboard. This article goes deeper, explaining what each section does and where to go for common tasks.

The Home page

The Home page is your starting point every time you log in. What you see here depends on whether you have any published workflows.

If you haven't published a workflow yet, the Home page shows:

  • Two workflow creation options: Chat with AI and Manual Workflow
  • Three example prompts under "Try these examples" to help you get started
  • A Workflow Templates section with pre-built automations you can start from

Once you have at least one published workflow, a Your Workflows section appears below the workflow creation section. Each workflow card shows the apps it connects, the workflow name, the last time it ran, its status, and which folder it's saved in.

The sidebar

The sidebar runs along the left side of every page. It's your main way of moving around Conduitly.

Here's what each section does:

Home: returns you to the Home page from anywhere in the product.

Integrations: manage the app accounts you've connected to Conduitly. If a connection breaks or expires, this is where you'll re-authenticate it.

Workflows: access everything related to your automations.

Workflows: view and manage all your published workflows

Create Workflow: start building a new workflow

Drafts: workflows you've started but not yet published

Activities: the full log of every workflow run, what ran, when, and whether it succeeded or failed

Webhooks: manage webhook-based workflow connections

Folders: organize your workflows into groups. Useful when you have multiple workflows and want to keep them categorized by team, project, or use case.

Accounts: manage connected app accounts across all your integrations in one place.

Tables: Conduitly's built-in database for storing and manipulating data from your workflows. Workflows can read from or write to Tables.

Dashboards: build custom reports and charts using data from your workflows, Tables, Forms, and integrations, no separate reporting tool needed.

Forms: build and manage custom web forms.

Form Builder: create a new form

Form Submissions: view data submitted through your forms

Settings: manage your account and team.

Users: invite and manage team members (Team and Business plans)

Billing: view your plan, task usage, and payment details

Note: The Users and Billing sub-items under Settings are only visible to the account owner. Other team members on the same account will not have access to these sections.

The sidebar can be collapsed to an icon-only view by clicking the collapse arrow at the bottom, which is useful when you want more screen space while working in the workflow builder.

The bottom of the sidebar

At the bottom of the sidebar you'll always see:

  • Plan indicator: shows your current plan name, how many tasks you've used out of your monthly allowance, and a progress bar. If you're running low on tasks, you'll see it here before workflows start pausing.
  • Upgrade link: appears next to your plan name on Individual, Pro, and Team plans. Click it to upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Your profile: shows your name, company, and role. Click on your profile to manage your user account settings.

The Help button

A blue ? button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page. Click it to access support resources or contact the Conduitly support team.

What to expect next

Now that you're familiar with the layout, the best next step is to build your first workflow. Head to the Home page and choose Chat with AI or Manual Workflow to get started.
