What is Conduitly?

Conduitly connects your business apps and automates the flow of data between them, no coding required.

The problem it solves

Most businesses use a variety of different software tools, from payroll, to HR, accounting, CRM, project management, and more. These apps rarely share data with each other automatically. When they don't, someone has to move that data by hand: exporting a file here, copying and pasting there, re-entering the same information in multiple systems.

That manual work is slow, error-prone, and takes time away from more important things.

Conduitly eliminates it.

How it works

Conduitly uses workflows (or conduits), which are automated processes that watch for something to happen in one app and respond by doing something in one or more other apps.

Every workflow has two parts:

  • A trigger: the event that starts the workflow. For example: a new employee is added in your HR system.
  • An action: what Conduitly does in response. For example: create a record in your payroll system.

Once a workflow is published, Conduitly monitors your trigger app continuously and runs the action automatically every time the trigger event occurs. You don't have to do anything.

What you can automate

Conduitly supports over 100 app integrations across HR, payroll, accounting, CRM, project management, and more. A few examples of what customers automate:

  • Syncing new employee records from an HR system into payroll software
  • Sending general ledger entries from payroll into QuickBooks automatically
  • Creating a task in Asana when a new deal is closed in a CRM
  • Adding a row to a Google Sheet every time a form is submitted

If your business uses apps that don't talk to each other, there's likely a workflow that can connect them.

What's in Conduitly

Beyond workflows, Conduitly includes a few built-in tools that extend what you can automate:

  • Tables: a simple database inside Conduitly for storing and manipulating data from your integrations
  • Forms: custom web forms that can trigger workflows or be populated by them
  • Dashboards: custom reports and charts built from your workflow data, without needing a separate reporting tool
