How to contact support

If you've worked through the troubleshooting steps for your issue and still need help, here's how to reach the Conduitly support team.


What you might be experiencing

You've followed the steps in a troubleshooting article and the issue isn't resolved, or you have a question that isn't answered in the Help Center.


How to reach support

Click the blue ? button fixed to the bottom-right corner of any page in Conduitly. This opens a support panel where you can send a message directly to the team.

The Help button is available on every page. You don't need to navigate anywhere specific to find it.


What to include in your message

The more context you give, the faster the team can diagnose your issue. Where relevant, include:

  • Your workflow name: so the team can locate it in your account
  • A screenshot of Workflows → Activities: showing the failed run, including the status icon and Task Consumed column
  • A screenshot of the execution log: specifically the pink Exceptions banner and the Status tab on the failed step, showing the Result field

If your issue isn't related to a workflow failure, for example, a billing question or a connection problem, a brief description of what you're seeing and what you expected to happen is enough to get started.
